If it is raining or conditions are poor, we would recommend rescheduling your appointment, since the sky conditions will be reflected in all videos and photos. Unfortunately, the sky is in control, so we will work with you at any time to ensure your shoot will happen within a timely manner!

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible to ensure that you can be scheduled in your desired time-slot. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your schedule. Please note: For specific drone photoshoots, it may require additional lead time in order to get airspace authorization from the FAA.

Within 24 hours, you will be sent an email with links to a Google drive that you will be able to download to your computer.

Depending on the number of photos and additional offerings you have selected, your appointment can take anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours. To ensure that your appointment runs quickly and smoothly as possible, please make sure that the objects/land are cleaned and photo-ready to how you want it.

In preparation for your shoot, we ask that you: Remove all cars from the driveway Sweep sidewalks Pick up leaves, sticks, and branches. Stow hoses, garden tools, and supplies. Straighten and arrange deck furniture. Clean pool area.

The great thing about aerial photography is that you do not need to be present during the shoot. We actually prefer no one is home so people/objects are not in the shot! Even if you are states away, as long as you tell us what you want, we will handle the rest.

There is no cancellation fee IF you notify us 24hrs before the shoot.
